We will know the Second Coming is near, Christ told us, when we see we the errors of His time repeated… Those errors will precede and usher in the punishment that occurred the first time. And what brought about the punishment that first time?

The institutional part of religion went into apostacy, misled the faithful, and then persecuted Christ…

So, Apocalypse Now? The parallels are stark indeed, but Father has encouraging words to say on this score.
